Both stroke survivors and caregivers may struggle with fatigue throughout the day. Here are 5 tips to help you stay energized!

  1. Drink plenty of water and stay away from sugary drinks!
  2. Stick to a healthy sleep schedule (7+ hours and heavy sleep)
  3. Eat healthy and ensure that your body gets all the right nutrients
  4. Take a short 5-10 minute break for every hour of screen time
  5. Avoid smoking and moderate a healthy amount of alcoholic beverages
