- Stick to a healthy sleep schedule (7+ hours and heavy sleep)
- Eat healthy and ensure that your body gets all the right nutrients
- Take a short 5-10 minute break for every hour of screen time
- Avoid smoking and moderate a healthy amount of alcoholic beverages
