Vineet JohnsonRemember the name Vineet Johnson - he's the CEO and cofounder of IRegained, a medical device company that's making waves in home healthcare. Focusing on neuroplasticity (the idea that you can build new pathways in the brain to do the work another part used to do), Johnson developed a portable, low-cost device for stroke patients to recover hand function. The device, called MyHand, has been trialed at Sunnybrook Hospital and Baycrest Hospital in Toronto already and is gaining momentum across the country.

Have you heard of MyHand in your rehabilitation process? Learn more about the device and Johnson in the link below from Sudbury.com and share with your healthcare team to find out if you're eligible for a trial!
