Crocheting is more than a hobby for stroke survivor Marilynne, she's used the activity to improve her hand strength and help out Hamilton General Hospital's Mitten Fence program that donates warm winter wear to those in need.
What started out as a fun craft has quickly become a form of therapy and a source of fulfillment for Marilynne, saying that "[giving] makes me feel good".
