Our goal of
$300,000
provides
38,200 hrs
of support, which includes:

  • 22,000 hrs of hospital visitations
  • 3,000 hrs peer group support
  • 3,600 hrs caregiver group support
  • 9,600 hrs wellness activity support

We care for the caregivers.

T
here's a gap in our healthcare system that leaves caregivers – spouses, family members, friends – to bear the responsibility of care for a stroke survivor. March of Dimes Canada's After Stroke Program was created to provide community support and resources to stroke survivors and caregivers in need.

We have a plan to build a Canada where no caregivers and stroke survivors become prisoners of their own home, and we need your help to make it happen.
