TIME™ (Together in Movement and Exercise) is a community-based exercise program originally developed at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute. This program is geared towards people that have challenges with balance and mobility and encourages increased fitness in a safe and friendly environment.
The program is offered by March of Dimes Canada in Calgary, Halifax, Sault Ste Marie and Toronto.
Program Eligibility Requirements:
Must be able to walk 10 meters with or without a walking aid (walker, cane, etc).
